A bold and fiery painting that is actually a sister piece to a smaller one that was created and sold. It was such a popular piece that I decide to create a bigger version of her. Done with a lot of sponging for the background, and then the lady figure painted with a brush over. Life Force represents the energy of the human spirit, able to rise from the fieriest of challenges. Empowerment in imagery.
